For example, if you have a monthly subscription which runs from 10th March, and you cancel on the 20th March, your subscription will end on the 10th April (end of the billing period) so you will have access to all your courses until the 10th April, but you will not be charged again on the 10th April.

Unfortunately neither we nor any online provider of courses can provide officially recognised certificates at the moment. The reason for this is simple: security. So, at the moment, a student must go to a physical centre (and there are thousands around the world) where they can take the exams under close supervision.
It is certainly our plan to become a recognised Preparation Centre for Cambridge and other organisations and already our lessons are used by many students to help them prepare for official exams.
Student and Pro Plan subscribers will receive an official Perfectly Spoken Certificate of Course Completion when they complete a final Course Assessment, and they have a pass rate of 70% or more.
This Certificate will show the final result (%) of the last Course Assessment taken.
This is a final course test that will enable Student and Pro Plan subscribers to receive an official Perfectly Spoken Certificate of Course Completion when they take it, and they achieve a pass rate of 70% or more.
We recommend you practise for this end of course test by taking all the lesson tests and studying the extra materials.
You can take this test as many times as you like. When you are happy with the results, go to the Certificate section in your menu and download it in pdf format.

Have a look at these TOP TIPS to help you understand the best way for you to learn
This test is available to all users registered with our learning platform and takes just 10 minutes
This will give you a good idea of your level and recommend which course you should start with.
However the choice is yours. Please feel free to decide what level/course best suits you.
You can learn on your mobile on your laptop but like most things that are good for you.
You need to make sure you can focus on the lesson and not have too many distractions; so try to find somewhere quiet where you can concentrate
As with many things, the second (or even third) time of us doing something, that thing becomes easier to understand –easier to do! So watch and watch the lesson again, pause and think about the content.
Your teacher will often ask you questions during the lesson so stop the video, think about the answer and even write it down and then continue the recording.
If you get something wrong, go back and watch again and test yourself again.
Finally, when you are ready to do the lesson test, think very carefully about your answers. You can take the tests again but the first time you do it is the most important one. (Please note tests are available as part of the Student and Pro Plans)
On average, we suggest taking 2 lessons a week for you at your level, but remember you need to make sure you understand everything and do the lesson test before you move on to the next lesson.
We offer a number of live and interactive activities available to different subscription Plans.

Although you can start more than 1 course at a time, we recommend you start and follow one at a time.
It’s a good idea to watch each lesson in order in the course to make good progress. But, remember you can change courses at any time if the course is too easy or too difficult
And of course you can watch ANY lesson of at any level… so experiment!
