Perfectly Spoken Limited, the UK online English language company founded in 2014, has officially completed a company name change to LINGU LTD, marking an important milestone following its integration into the wider Lingu Group, following the acquisition in December 2025.
This company rebrand reflects the successful acquisition and integration of Perfectly Spoken into the Lingu Group, bringing together the strengths of both organisations under one shared identity. The merger creates a stronger platform for learners, partners and institutions around the world, while supporting a more unified and scalable future for online English language learning.
Led by Odd Bjerga, founder and CEO of Lingu AS, LINGU LTD will continue to build on the experience, reputation and educational values established under the Perfectly Spoken name while embracing new opportunities for growth and innovation.
